Turd, I think multi-family construction, particularly rental, is and will come back in many in many US cities. So there will be some construction jobs… But I agree with the theme. Wish more would learn web trades to drive prices down. Most of my web people (love em) charge $125 an hour, work from wherever they want, and will fire a client in a heartbeat because they know their talent is scarce. I wish more unemployed people understood that dynamic, I mean compare working 4 hours a day on a Mac Alr in a cafe to a day’s work in construction!? Learn web trades ppl!
